I was impressed with the CAES policy of minimal resume exposure. They did not send my resume out to every company they knew. I always felt comfortable dealing with CAES, as the lines of communication were always open and they were very sensitive to my need for confidentiality. I have and will continue to recommend CAES to anyone who is looking for a career change. Thanks again for your help.”
