“I came into contact with CAES while I was already in the midst of searching for a new job. An informal phone conversation led me to land a great job that I never would have found on my own. The methods used by CAES are effective in matching the employee and the employer so that you don’t spend time running from interview to interview trying to find the right job. They spend time with you and find out what you are looking for, and what you have to offer. With that information they cross-reference it with the detailed information they have gathered from employers about their needs and offerings. The match that they made with me was spot on. It was as though I sat down with them and described my ideal job and work environment and they found that company and set me up with an interview.

I was impressed with the CAES policy of minimal resume exposure. They did not send my resume out to every company they knew. I always felt comfortable dealing with CAES, as the lines of communication were always open and they were very sensitive to my need for confidentiality. I have and will continue to recommend CAES to anyone who is looking for a career change. Thanks again for your help.”
